shipping policy
Aixware Technologies uses DHL to ship its products. Additionally, we are working to offer more shipping options and as soon as they are available we will update this information. Orders normally take 1 to 2 days to be processed and then shipped by parcel, which may vary depending on the conditions and the postal code of the destination. Once your order is shipped you should receive an email with tracking information for your package. We do not make compensation or refund if your package arrives later, due to bad weather (rain or snowfall etc), natural disasters, invasions, wars, terrorism or aliens. We do not ship to hotels or motels, and at the moment we only ship within the Mexican Republic.
RETURNS
To make a return it is necessary to contact through this page through the section to send an email a little further down. We only accept returns of kits or elements that have not been opened and that the purchase has been made no more than 30 days ago. Users are responsible for the return shipment of the merchandise and the refund can be reflected within 15 days.
